The Summer Lake staff are Top Notch. The staff have always gone out of their way to accommodate any need or concern our family has had. We have five generations of family members living at Summer Lakes because there is an apartment and amenities available for each of our needs.
Beautiful Property, Excellent Maintenance Services, Wonderful Staff...Overall Best Apartment Community I've lived in thus far.
Summer lake is a nice place to live, but the rate dose jump when time to renew. If you are looking for a place to love just for a year, it's a good choice. I would stay another year but I can't afford the increase.
I live in a 2 bedroom 2 bath home with a balcony. The 85 dollar increase was a no go. They said it was what my apartment would go for at market rate. I get it, it's a business, and they want to make moneys. However I have been here 3yrs never late with my rent and I did not break things in my unit. So to be forced out by price feels like a slap in the face. When we all know they have complete control over the rates we pay.
God willing I will be able to buy a home and my renting days will be behind me soon.
So Far, So Good! Awaiting approval...
After living at Summerlake for almost four years, my family and I decided to by a home. It only made sense due to the annual rent increases. The rent didn't equal to what Summerlake provided. Not to mention that new renters paid hundreds of dollars less for the same type of apartment I was living in. Now Summerlake is attempting to overcharge me for VERY minor damage and fair wear & tear normally associated with living in an apartment. I am very disappointed.
