Nice and clean, a good location
When I moved in, the only problems I'd heard about were thin walls and bugs, which I figured I could deal with. For the first few months, those were the only problems until staff changed and things went downhill quickly. I figured some adjustment time was required, but almost a year later, it's still horrible. Requests get ignored, hand-delivered documents get lost and staff berate tenants for their own errors. Now it's thin walls and bugs, plus lousy leasing office and maintenance.
We love that there is a security gate, and that you get water, cable and internet included with your rent. Simplified everything for us. Grounds pretty maintained. There are bugs EVERYWHERE, but this is due to the location. Spiders have been our biggest issue so far. Not inside, but outside around the trees and shrubbery. Not related to this property, it is literally part of living in Alabama.
The office staff never call you back, they state something will be done and it never seems to happen. General disregard for the people living there and I feel as though when requests are asked of the apartment complex they blow us off. The management has gone from bad to worse.
They help you out when you need it most. I haven't had a single issue since being here and that's a huge part of why I like it, in most places you'll have problem and they won't fix it.
