    Ever since Mae left office, it has been nothing but issues from Highridge. Theyve changed rent amounts without notice, They dont abide by their own rules. They dont help the people who rent from them with any issues concerning the community and/or home issues. They dont care about the tenants. They only care about lining their pockets. They are extremely rude and dont answer the phones. When addressing issues, if its not a priority to them, then they dont care! They talk to you like youre dirt under their feet. Melanie & Ron are the worst thing to happen to HighRidge. Mae was the best person they had & shes gone. She was the reason people actually came to and stayed with HighRidge. I would not rent from them! They are not what they used to be!

    Never followed through with initial contact. Tried twice to contact to get an appointment to see properties first time no one responded, the second time we requested a time online, they said they would confirm shortly and never responded again. They never answer the phone or return calls to messages left on voice mail.
