I took a tour with Raven and she was very nice. She showed me 2 units. They were spacious. She explained to me the application process and then took me to the pool and fitness center. I think I may apply!

I had a good experience. Maintenance was fast. Office staff was nice and thorough. Overall needs some updates but the location is great and again quick response time.

30 days in and very pleased with the community. Neighbors are friendly, property is well kept and quiet. I appreciate the use of technology for service requests, community updates, and package notifications.

Office staff, property management are rude . Have call the main office couple time to complain but no one have return my call back at all. If you like 30 cents short on your rent and no one tell you until the last min, they will charge you a late 75.00. April come I'm moving.

ATTENTION FUTURE TENANT, PLEASE RUN! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!! I would have given this place no star if I could. The staff is rude and horrible, and the maintenance staff is useless as I see. They will take there time when you have a problem at your apartment but when it come to rent, they will make sure you get 3 to 4 email telling you when its due and about the late fees. And oh let me not forget to mention everything in the apartment need to be update, they will say oh will come out to due a walk thru and don't change a thing but put glue on it or say well I will have to get with the property manager to see what we can do. And also when something terrible go wrong they will closed office early. So for the future tenant like I say earlier in my post please run. Only 4 months left in my lease and I will be out of here.

The staff was eager to assist as soon as I walked in the door. They gave me an application, walked me through the process and showed me an awesome virtual tour. Older but very well-kept property AND affordable too.
