Looking for 1bdr apt want to move from Washington state to take care of siblings so I can be near them. Loved the floor plan for your apartments

If you just want a place to exist this is it. The rental staff is rude and totally unhelpful. They forget that they are being paid from the rent we pay and seem to think we are bothering them if we have a complaint. The whole complex is starting to look like a slum, trash everywhere and dirt and grass in the gutters of the parking lot. We have to pay for water and the cost of the pool water is added to our bills in the summer, it goes from about $30 to $60 in the summer. Added to the rent you can get a much nicer place for the same money.

The worst place to live..the rent people have attitudes...Something's is always broke in the apartment building..the staff is just the worst ever..do not recommended these apartments for a pet...then when you move they bill you for things that was already broken or there issue to take of but they never do.

I wouldnt even give them a one star. Since my daughter has moved into these town homes. She has had nothing but problems. We are on the phone with them almost every day. I would not recommend anyone to move into clover leaf
