The new staff is horrible and aggressive.. The playgrounds and everything are run down and horrible They need remodeling bad and right now !! You will never sleep good in E1 !

The last 3 managers Worse to Worser to Worst ! Been here 11 years and it doesn't get better ! No decent laundry. No pool for 3 yrs! Trash everywhere patios balcony filthy and junk. Boom boom music all hours driving thru. New manager just went up on my rent and harassed me about insurance for a month. Policy I had wasn't good but it has been for 4 yrs. ! Froze my account to not allow me to pay rent ! Made me Physicall y sick stressing me out !They make you not want to be here

Loved my apartment and the complex when I lived there in 1980-82. Now luve in Texas, but looking for an apartment for my brother.
