What Renters Like and Dislike About Owens Cross Roads

The things I most like about living in my neighborhood is that they have a park I can take my daughter to and watch her okay plus they have a pool for when I want to go swimming on a hot day

The crime rate is very low and I feel safe. I also like most of the neighbors as they are trustworthy and really nice.

I like it is quiet, the school isn't too far. I like that my neighbors are quiet and we don't have any trouble from them.

I like the entertainment that my neighborhood gives. There are groceries near by and a few restaurants too.

Our neighborhood is clean and well taken care of. We have restaurants within a mile or two as well as churches and grocery stores. We go to friends homes or the city park with walking trails and playgrounds.

I love the community. I love the mountains and pond we have in the background. We get to see deer and turkeys every once in a while . We have ducks and geese. It's very quite and very safe.
