What Renters Like and Dislike About Oneonta

My favorite thing about my neighborhood is the fact that I can walk around it easily at any time of day

My neighborhood has older, very well maintained homes. We are quite close to a shopping area, schools, fire station, and gyms. Except for traffic, it's an ideal place to live.

You can take nice late night walks if you like, walk on the beach, and pretty much walk on the side walk it's safe

We live near a gas station and within walking distance to a couple grocery stores. We have an ice cream shop nearby and some local restaurants that are close too.

I like all the people that live around here. They are nice and mostly families so we all get along. There are lots of pets too!
