These apartments 1-2 bedrooms are very outdated and very small. The rent price is not consistent I lived in this apartment complex for many years. Every time I would resign my lease my rent would go up at least 15.00. If you going to constantly go up on rent let your tenants see some kind of upgrade going on or ammunities happening around the apartments
When moving in an apartment, make sure that the patio and the outside is pressureer wash before the resident is moved in, because the outer appearance is important too.
