What Renters Like and Dislike About Montevallo

Enjoy being close to shopping, close to Highway for work, and feel safe with nice friendly neighbors I trust the people near me

There is a sense of community and family in my neighborhood. I love hitting up local no and pop restaurants and coffee shops.

The neighborhood is friendly. People wave and are nice. The neighbors a super nice too.

The neighborhood is close to a park and green belt. The streets are laid out where walking is nice. There are a lot of trees, which are nice for shade.

The people and the community is great. Plenty of trails and roads are wide enough to bike on safely.

I love the proximity to everything, especially the grocery store. We're near a rapidly growing shopping strip with fast food and services (auto, nails, urgent care), so it's quite ideal. We're also not far from any type of major mall/shopping and not far from downtown.
