DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. Property (especially the breezeways) are littered with trash and food. Management does not take ride in what they are selling. Maintenance is nonexistent. I repeat DO NOT RENT FROM HERE

I would dissuade anyone attempting to sign a lease at this rental community. My apartment flooded TWICE in the month of June due to burst Flex Pipe. The Property Manager, Jamie is incredibly rude an will not skip an opportunity to lie her way out of any situation. For instance, the maintenance guys took a 7' ladder from my apartment and she claimed, "that's the same model that we use". And then I never got it back... after months of arguing back and forth, I ended up paying my electric bill at over double the average cost because I was left with an industrial sized dehumidifier and 4 carpet fans running for two weeks straight as all of my furniture clogged up my apartment for majority of the month. Basically, DO NOT RENT HERE because your apartment will flood at least once in the first year. (I learned that every neighboring unit has been flooded by the same flex pipe issue at least once in the past year) ESPECIALLY if you have a first floor apartment. Not to mention, the pool is constantly full of every neighbor from outside the community. So much so, that every other week they close the pool for 3 days to drop heavy chemicals to regulate the water (because everyone pees in it). The property has horrible communication with its tenants and even less respect for them. Don't be fooled by the initial look of things. This is the worst apartment I've ever had and I've been renting for the past 10 years.

The security gate is ALWAYS broken. Once it gets "repaired" it will be broken within 24 hours. Management is abysmal and the office staff are demeaning and aloof.
