This was a great place! Beautiful finishes and large floor plans! I loved having my own driveway and garage! I would recommend this complex to everyone.

I was and am very unhappy with this complex. They required I pay (in advance) an application fee before telling me there was no availability until months beyond my needed moving date. I understand that fee was non-refundable--which seems unethical under the circumstances. A simple "nothing available" would have been more helpful, and I would have considered moving there at some point in future. But not now.

It is new, that's a plus. But, expensive to be taking cold showers everyday since move-in.
