This place is okay, but I think there are lots of places close by that are just as good or better for less or similar prices. Its right across from the University, which is how most people find this place, but because the land lady deals with kids all day, she kinda assumes she can talk down to you like you're 13. Never felt welcomed. Also, frat house next door was super loud on the weekends. The units are kinda old. My unit needed maintenance several times over the three years I was here. You won't hate it, but for $600/mo. you can find a lot of great places closer to historic downtown in nice neighborhoods, still well within 10 minutes of the university.

I met with them on A Saturday and they where very friendly and helpful. Nice Apartments.
