Just moved out but I enjoyed my experience. I was in the newer buildings and they were great. Never had any issues, managers were great and very helpful. This was my first apartment on my own so they were very patient with all my 100 questions that I had. Definitely reccomend

I recently moved out of Old Shell Lofts and I had a great experience. My apartment was beautiful and the property managers are so helpful. I had a few maintenance emergencies when I lived there and Reagan was always so great about keeping me updated with the progress. 10/10. Wish i could move back in (had to relocate).

DO NOT LIVE HERE! If I could give negative five stars I would. The building is terribly constructed. They used the cheapest materials and cut corners wherever they could and it is painfully obvious. On Christmas Day the building door malfunctioned and so we could not enter our apartment. The office phone number did not pick up. The emergency number was disconnected (found out later the Incase of emergency person had quit and they opted to not replace him). No possible way to contact the leasing company, no personnel lives onsite. Aside from ruining our Christmas, we were effectively homeless for more than 24 hours and missed work as we could not get our supplies to go in as they were locked in the apartment.
