if you like a place with bugs it's a fair place and people smoking marijuana then you will fit in and it's and old rundown complex that needs alot of work so welcome home I wouldn't live there again rent is to high.

The process of getting into our apartment was nothing short of stressful and full of lies. We were promised a set rate before moving in and they tried to change it on us right before our move in date. Had to fight them on the price and still didnt get what we were promised, but we had to have a place to go. After we finally got in the apartment we have had to make numerous maintenance requests for broken appliances/outlets/window, none of which have been worked on and it has been months since putting in and resubmitting requests. Even talking to the main office has gotten us nowhere. Dont waste your time with this place. They genuinely do not care about their tenants.
