Me and my family recently moved to this apartment complex back in February 2017. There are two great bubbly, welcoming and friend staff members that work in the front office named Carletta and Yalonda. They are very professional and make sure all work orders or any problems we occur get taken care of within 24 hours in which most times they are done the same day. If we have any request or notice anything that needs to be done around the complex they make sure they get on it. The only downside I don't like is seeing the new property manager standing outside on the phone smoking a cigarette and using profanity by the leasing office. I find this very distasteful, rude and totally unacceptable to be managing a property and have this type of behavior. I feel that something needs to be done about her doing so, As it might detour people from wanting to lease at this community. I give total kudos to the front office staff for being so concerned following up with us about any work orders we put in assuring that they are done. I've lived a many apartment complexes and that has never happened so I thank Carletta and Yolanda for this you girls rock and make me and my family feel very welcomed and appreciated to live here. Keep up the good work!

What can I say, this place is awful!

My cousin was so excited about moving into her new apartment at Hill Crest. This should be an awesome time in your life but this was a nightmare.

Everything was ready go! We moved in, and in a week everything hit the fan.....

The apartment was almost furnished as she looked up water was dripping down the walls at an alarming rate. She ran to get all of the pot and pans to collect the water. It was shooting from the walls. The wall went from white to brown. Everything in the apartment was being ruined.


We called the main office and spoke to Shaun, who stated "Do you have home owner insurance" but does that have to do with anything. It's been a week and their asking me about insurance. The problem is the apartment upstairs is flooding.

Shouldn't you go upstairs and stop the water. Finally, they did but the damage was done.

We are now on day five with a dehumidifier trying to suck the moisture out the apartment.

Can I get another apartment , Shaun states No because we are going to clean this up for you.

Wait, I still have to live here while this is happening.

Yes, because we dont have another apartmemt. Are you kidding me!

This is ridiculous and ludacrious. I have never in life seen this, the apartment has a flood and she has to stay their until it's clean.

On top of everything else, the mgmt company is stating that I have to pay the electric bill for using the dehumidifier in the apartment for a flood that wasn't her fault. SO NOW SHE HAS AN ELECTRIC BILL ON TOP OF EVERYTHING ELSE!!!!

My cousin is devastated and sad by all of this.This should be a great time in her life, her first apartment but Hill Crest Estates shattered that her.

The mgmt company are snakes and they only want money. SHAUN .... is the worse!!!!
