Elevate has been great for me! They completely remodeled their units and the common areas this past spring! The new management is great, very helpful and quick to respond if there are any issues. They truly go above and beyond for their residents. The location is amazing. It is within walking distance to downtown, and easy access to I10 for travel.

I stayed here back in 2021 and let me tell you it was terrible. list of cons: 1) roaches galore with no help to get rid of them 2) the trash valet that was promised never happened (my neighbors trash was sitting there for 3 weeks until he finally just got fed up and took it himself.) 3) the dumpster area was rancid and overflowing 4) people will steal your packages 5) thin, leaky ceilings 6) they leave main doors open so random people will be roaming the complex 7) never cleaned 8) poor management 9) elevator literally had wires hanging down 10) my apartment was filthy when I was supposed to be moving in. Me and my mom had to clean it ourselves. (plus the management argued with us saying it was spotless and that they checked themselves which was a lie because we had photos and videos of the property) 11) my washer/dryer never worked despite putting in several maintenance requests 12) maintenance would never come list of pros: 1)location (great location for young people who want to be close to the downtown party scene) Moral of the story I am glad that I only signed a three month lease with them and no longer. Also the specks in the photos that come with my review are roaches. this was screenshots from my apartment on move in day.

ELEVATE 758 is amazing. I moved here from Huntsville, Alabama where I lived in a $2,200 a month apartment. I would chose Elevate at $950 over the the $2,200 because of the customer service, the home environment, the social gathers in the 8,000 sq ft penthouse and much more. I promise you, this is the place. For any review that gives this place less than 4 stars NEVER lived here. Welcome Home! Room # 310

New owners and management are the best! Ive been here for a year and a half now. Ive upgraded apartments from a studio to a bigger one bedroom and Ive enjoyed my time here. The building is old and required a lot of maintenance that the previous owners didnt do and they have really put time and money in the building. The new apartment manager Christina is fantastic! The maintenance man Terrell G is like family now. This is EFFICIENCY apartment living downtown. Not fit for everyone. I love my washer dryer combo. Its small but washes my delicate clothes with ease. Ive seen nothing but improvements being made since the new owners have taken over. The building is old and has charm but requires love to keep it looking good. The previous owners rented to anyone and allowed AirBnB to set up apartments in the building. They are horrible and dont respect the people who pay to rent and LIVE here. Fortunately the new manager is taking care of it. If you are looking for modern efficiency living downtown I highly recommend this place. It packs a lot of bang for the buck. Pet friendly. Ryan park is right in front of the building so it makes potty breaks easy with my dog. I keep my dogs nails trimmed and area rugs down so my neighbors below are respected. This is not a kitchen set up for anyone who bakes a lot. The oven is perfect for me but some might require a countertop oven.
