I ran a bath, because I'm sick. The water came out black. I called for maintenance so I could take a bath in clean water. Now I have to make another appointment for work order for my water heater. I just want a bath

We have lived here since March. I have seen no roaches, I would never live in an apartment with roaches. The office staff has been professional and any repairs that I needed were done quickly. The apartment is bright, with lots of natural light in the living room. It has been years since I've lived in an apartment complex. When we sold our home I was very concerned about how it would be to live in a complex. I can honestly say I have enjoyed it.

A lot of roaches. Inside and out. If you were to come to the apartment complex at night you can see the roaches.

I recently moved into the Elements and the staff was extremely helpful and informative while we were looking at apartments. I especially appreciate the help that I received from Randall when a problem came up during our approval process. During our background and credit checks it came up that I supposedly owed money to an apartment complex and I was denied the apartment we were applying for at the Elements. Randall called and informed my wife and I of the issue and gave me the information needed to look into this. Upon calling the debt collector we found out that it was a clerical error on their part and they had incorrectly recorded a 7 for a 1 so the debt was not mine. Even though they admitted fault they told me that it would take several weeks to clear it from my credit reports, but as we are closing on a house we did not have several weeks to wait before we needed somewhere to live. Randall took the time to make some calls to find out what could be done for us and he ended up calling the apartment complex that I supposedly owed money to and was able to verify that I had not even lived there. Once that was taken care of he called me back to let me know we would be able to move forward with signing for the apartment at the Elements. I spent a lot of time on the phone that day and it was extremely stressful but due to Randall's help we were able to resolve it and get the apartment we were wanting. I feel like there are a lot of people who wound not be inclined to care about that situation and would have simply told me that there was nothing they would have been able to do. I am very grateful for his help and willingness to take time out of his day to get us taken care of.

All of the staff have been very kind, helpful, and prompt in answering any questions we might have. We are excited to live at the Elements and we are glad that we stopped by to see what was available.

Thought this was the best place for me, if you don't mind not having an opinion or stepping in somebody else's dog poo this is the place for you.
I was told today that people are complaining about me about me complaining about everybody else who does not pick up the dog poo. Is so Randall the property manager is more upset with me then he is with people that are breaking the rules
