It is refreshing to see a management that cares about its residents. Staff is very helpful and responsive to the needs in a very good time. They keep the community safe and peaceful.
The managers are the greatest ppl I have ever done business with. They treat you like family. We have been moved away 9 mos and I still talk to one of the managers daily on facebook. You don't get managers quite like that everyday. They deserve the best in life.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
