          Lived here for 5 years and just signed my renewal for another year. Any issues Ive had the maintenance has taken care of for me.

          I have lived here 3 years, and love my apartment! I entertain often, so the open floor plan is perfect. They are pet friendly, which was important since I have a cat and a dog. Convenient to everything with grocery stores in walking distance and all the great restaurants in the Lakeview and Downtown area with in minutes.

          Great complex! The renovations are lovely, the community is clean, and the few issues I've had have been dealt with promptly. The grounds are regularly being updated as well. The area is perfect! Plenty of grocery stores and restaurants nearby (Publix is within walking distance), and no more than 10 minutes down the road from Crestwood and Avondale. Would definitely recommend everyone check them out!
