Lease Terms

Our lease terms are: 7 months, 8 months, 9 months, 10 months, 11 months, 12 months, 13 months, 14 months, and 15 months (Please note that lease terms may vary, are subject to change without notice, and are based on availability. Inquire with property staff for complete details).<BR>Pet Policy: Resident shall pay a Non-Refundable pet fee of $300.00 for each pet. Resident is limited to two pets. In the case of fish tanks, the monthly pet fee will be required for fish tanks 50-gallons or larger. Resident shall maintain such license and inoculation and furnish documentation to Landlord upon request. All pets must wear any tags, identification and other items required by applicable law. I lived in the Reserve Apartments for litttle under a year and it had been a series of situations that could have been easily avoided if the complex (and their maintenance team) had simply done their jobs. And if I had believed the reviews of the complex. I have always been raised to try to believe the best about a business or person so when I saw reviews about the lack of urgency and concern for the residents of the complex, I didnt believe them. Lesson learned.

From the months of October through March, I put in six different requests for them to repair the heating/ac unit that froze up at the beginning of October. Where I came in and was greeted by a dehumidifier, a fan, and a window ac unit in my apartment. It seemed that my ac froze up and flooded the downstairs unit and yes, they came in and did their job. But they failed to complete the job. I had the ac unit in my apartment for the entire month of October. My power bill was through the roof and I was told that they would take something off of my rent to cover the difference. Okay. Cool. Awesome, I could do that. It was the joke and here comes the punch line. They had to have three months worth of energy bills to see the difference in the bill. Okay, I could do that. But then came the kicker. It had to be three months worth of power bills prior to the event in question. I moved into the apartment in September. There was no three months worth of bills for me to give them. Which means there would be no reimbursement for their mistake and failure to finish the job.

Throughout that time frame I had to deal with sarcastic repair men who claimed that it was fixed but didnt bother to check the unit. Instead, he left a note that simply read to raise the temperature in the apartment turn up the thermostat and vice verse for lowering the temperature. I didnt get my heat fixed until January when I finally called the emergency maintenance line because the temperatures outside where in the negative numbers and my heat

Only thing I dislike is my downstairs neighbor and his loud obnoxious music when I'm attempting to sleep. Other than that everyone is nice. THERE are a few bug issues but nothing that can't be controlled

These apartments have poor customer service. They also have a rodent problem. Pest Control Is an issue at these apartment complex. I have caught three rats in the past month-and-a-half.
