The Reserve At Research Park Apartments

I have NEVER seen any apartments like these pictures and Ive lived in a few different buildings. Do not be fooled... plus I see a roach everywhere I walk and our apartment is always clean! Im afraid for the day I see a roach in my daughters crib!!! Ive also woken up to maintenance men coming into my apartment and the office never notified me they are supposed to be there...

I have been living here for 1 year. I just renewed my lease and I am so happy here. The size of the 3 bedroom for the price can not be beat. The management is very caring and will listen and want to help make your experience the best. I have lived in many apartments over the years. And this community is by far the best I've ever lived in.

While they were resealing the car lots, our vehicles were towed due to a lack of communication to us. This caused us an unnecessary bill of almost 500$. Our vehicle is registered with the complex so it would have been easy to call, or even knock on the apartment door and we would've quickly removed the vehicles. Instead due to employee negligence, the cars were towed. I even asked if they could do anything about the bill because it was so expensive, and they wouldn't do anything about it, not even part of it as a credit on our bill. I will be taking my business elsewhere when my lease expires. I've had many friends tell me that they've only heard bad things about this complex but, I decided to go with it anyway, should've listened to my friends.

Overpriced and bad management, pushy , rude, we did waste our money for nothing

I lived in the Reserve Apartments for litttle under a year and it had been a series of situations that could have been easily avoided if the complex (and their maintenance team) had simply done their jobs. And if I had believed the reviews of the complex. I have always been raised to try to believe the best about a business or person so when I saw reviews about the lack of urgency and concern for the residents of the complex, I didnt believe them. Lesson learned. From the months of October through March, I put in six different requests for them to repair the heating/ac unit that froze up at the beginning of October. Where I came in and was greeted by a dehumidifier, a fan, and a window ac unit in my apartment. It seemed that my ac froze up and flooded the downstairs unit and yes, they came in and did their job. But they failed to complete the job. I had the ac unit in my apartment for the entire month of October. My power bill was through the roof and I was told that they would take something off of my rent to cover the difference. Okay. Cool. Awesome, I could do that. It was the joke and here comes the punch line. They had to have three months worth of energy bills to see the difference in the bill. Okay, I could do that. But then came the kicker. It had to be three months worth of power bills prior to the event in question. I moved into the apartment in September. There was no three months worth of bills for me to give them. Which means there would be no reimbursement for their mistake and failure to finish the job. Throughout that time frame I had to deal with sarcastic repair men who claimed that it was fixed but didnt bother to check the unit. Instead, he left a note that simply read to raise the temperature in the apartment turn up the thermostat and vice verse for lowering the temperature. I didnt get my heat fixed until January when I finally called the emergency maintenance line because the temperatures outside where in the negative numbers and my heat

Only thing I dislike is my downstairs neighbor and his loud obnoxious music when I'm attempting to sleep. Other than that everyone is nice. THERE are a few bug issues but nothing that can't be controlled
