I currently live here but after the end of my lease contract, I won't be signing again. After almost 2 years the management decides to change the way how the water utility is calculated from a flat fee to an inaccurate formula calculating an average per building. This means if you use less water than your neighbor you are going to pay for the wastewater that your neighbor's use.
They hired an illegal company called Yes Energy Management that has a lot of complaints about overcharging customers. The same company has 3 lawsuits in the United States.
I don't recommend this place for the following reasons:
1. The gym is closed after 5 pm.
2. No pool.
3. The apartments have cockroaches.
4. The new mngnt staff
I was greeted with a warm smile and felt welcomed. They had no rental at the time I applied and I was put on a wait list .
The apartments are decent, the staff is nice. The neighbors are HORRIBLE. They talk about you loudly through the walls, leave their trash outside yet if u leave yours outside they snitch on you like rats. I have lived in luxury apartments prior to this one and have never encountered as stuck up if people as here. Stuck up for no reason its hilarious
I have been living in this apartment complex for 4 years and it seems like the front office change over employee wise has turned over so much, it doesn't make sense. Rent has been raised with no new up grades to the apartment.
Honestly, if it weren't for the office staff I would have moved from out here a long time ago. There are some residents who think they own the place and if you do one thing to upset them (like live in your apartment, sit own your balcony and talk, have your kids outside playing, park in a spot they deem to be THEIRS) they call the cops or the office and complain about you. Yet they walk around doing the same thing you are doing. I'm moving out when my lease is up. It's no longer pleasant here.
