Have had leaks from roof, mold has come through my closet from the ac unit. Maintenance is slow to come, you have to call multiple times.

The staff is excellent!! The community is in Renovation stage and it is coming along wonderfully!! We are excited about the changes that have been made and that are coming!!

This is, by far, one of my worst experiences with an apartment. Ive only lived here for a little over two weeks and am looking to end my lease. On my original move in date, I was told that my apt was ready. I drove 3 hours (ready to move in) only to find out that theyd switched the apartment which was a huge inconvenience. Not only that, but the apt wasnt ready! Since I couldnt move in, Destiny offered me a move in special of one months free rent which I requested for September ... only to have her later deny me of that special, saying that I now only had the option to choose a later month because she didnt remember offering me the special. Furthermore, once I did move in (a week late) the apartment was in the same condition as it had been previously. I had to go to the office several times just to get them to install my fridge and stove. 2 1/2 weeks later and Im still living in an unfinished apartment! My tub isnt finished. I cant shower because there isnt a knob. The toilet barely flushes. The seat is old and looks moldy. Im missing doors to my laundry room and blinds in the living area. I thought I would have a new dishwasher and microwave but apparently not. The window is the bedroom doesnt stay up. My patio is filthy and has supplies, paint buckets, broken glass, doors and etc left by maintenance. Every time I call or go to the office, Destiny always says that someone will come out today but they dont. Yet, I keep getting hassled about renters insurance which I wasnt informed about needing until AFTER Id moved in and signed my lease. Its a fairly priced apartment and looks good online, but with a cheap apartment comes poor service. You dont want to move here. Trust me!

They have snakes...... They will not work with you. The apartment are not worth 700 dollars. I went 3 weeks without air and they still wont take nothing off the rent. The staff is rude and horrible. The only ones who are understanding is the maintenance men.

Nothing gets fixed here. Management and maintenance will tell you they (maintenance) is on the way but never show. My ac unit has been out of order for 3 weeks and still no repairs have been made. All 3 members have come out to "look" at the ac unit last serviced in 2010, still not fixed or replaced. Will be leaving this place soon due to multiple issues.
