Terrible management and maintenance staff, they take plenty of time correcting issues even when it is an emergency. Lots of chaos in the neighborhood. Horrible bug problem, even with pest control being a monthly fee. Apartment was not clean when I moved in, used my own money to keep the bug problem at a minimum after requesting pest control for over two months. Huge wasps nest all over the property and they arent afraid to come into your unit and make it their own. No lights in the parking area and the building lights are always out. You can hear EVERYTHING from neighbors and even from down the street. Pay a trash pick up fee and no one ever comes to pick up the trash. Shower and sink fixtures are dirty and barely connected to the walls. The laminate tile is not flush with walls or cabinets (so it is easy for bugs to get under and hide). Electrical outlets are either too loose or simply do not work. They keep your packages in a bathroom and the mailboxes had no locks for about two months. You literally cannot use the pool. There are random power outages... Honestly I wish I could give this place negative stars. I am in the process of looking for a new place to live because I doubt I will make it to the end of this lease.

The management does not care at all about maintaining a good living environment. It takes weeks to months to get maintenance issues resolved, and even then theyre often not resolved properly. They probably need to be investigated for housing code violations.
