Scrammers for application fee and administration fee !!! I was approved then denied due to lie and I am glad I was denied because the reviews are aweful for this place , everything that glitters is not gold

DON'T LIVE HERE....RUN...... This place is the worse place that I ever lived at in my life. The is black mold in multiple if not all the buildings, The model apartment does look nice but it's a very far stretch on what you receive when you move in. With the mold there is also a bug problem. I have never had a bug problem like here and nothing helps it. Oh and the trash compactor is ALWAYS broken, and they will not fix it. There is so much more I could say about this place but just know stay away. If I could give this place a negative star I would.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!! If I could give them a zero star rating I would!!! Maintenance is the WORST. When I moved in, everything in my renovated apartment was broken: A/C was out for 3 weeks in the middle of the summer, the only 2 drawers in the kitchen were broken beyond repair, toilet wouldnt flush without spraying water everywhere, 2 outlets were painted over which made them unusable in the living room, tub was covered in mold, the list goes on and on! After weeks and weeks of phone calls, messages, emails and in-person complaints, they finally fixed everything except the drawers in my kitchenPlease take my advice and do not rent from this place!!!

This is nothing more than south Huntsville, projects . Its also known as !!! Poor lighting outside, trash in landscape shrubs , no one ever answers the phone , maintenance is a joke if they have a maintenance person, Ive been here almost 4 years , Ive painted my own apartment, planted my own flowers, trying to make it look nice help the project apartment look better , its miss leading !! HAS NOT been renovated, they painted the outside of buildings, that doesnt qualify for remodel, thats painting .. now the rent has gone up for the projects of south Huntsville, Im outta here !!! The office staff are nice thats all its got going for it & thats sad . In Huntsville there are bigger

I just moved in January and I am already having problems...No communication. No maintenance and when you do get maintenance to come, they do shady work for instance stuff your water spout in you tub with paper towels and then wrap it with 2 inches of caulk and call it done.... Just run don't even bother!!!
