Always provides excellent services
The overall service was excellent. Staff and Maintenance was helpful when I moved in and when I moved out. Upon my return to Huntsville, Alabama I planned to apply for an apartment at Tara Gardens.
The price is fantastic. I have good neighbors. And the management is pretty good.
We have never had any issues since living here. We love that the office will accept our packages for us! We feel that we are getting an excellent price for our apartment and utilities. Laundry room on site for apartments without W&D hookups.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
