Maintance is SUB PAR! Have been here for 1 year and 4 months. We like the area and it is for the most part quiet. Maintance however, is unimpressive. Our water heater broke last year and they replaced it with another broken one. Water was everywhere in the bathroom where it is kept. Took them 3 to 4 times and many calls to the office to get it fixed properly. Our toilet in the hall stopped flushing this past SATURDAY. We plunged, turned the water off and on as well as checking in the tank to see if that was the issue. We put in a maintenance order online on Sunday to get it fixed. Tuesday I called the office to see what the delay was as the apartment was starting to smell of urine, even with the door closed with fan on and towel outside bottom of door to keep the smell in bathroom. Was told they would get with maintenance. Office called me back shortly after starting to put a new maintenance request in. I did. Wednesday afternoon there was still no maintenance, so we called the office again around 3:30pm. Office said they would talk to the manager to see if they could come fix it. Today is THURSDAY afternoon and there is still NO MAINTENANCE! The dogs are now scratching at the bathroom door and want to get in due to the smell of urine. We do have another toilet in my bedroom but at this point it is the smell of URINE that is what is WRONG with this issue. BEWARE! **Saving up to get enough money to move even though we like it here for the most part.**
