I would love to reside in this complex simply because of their great prices, clean enviroment, and quiet place but overall excellent place to get started and build off of... Thanks hopefully i can become a resident soon...

Management is very RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! we are good tenants that pay our rent on time. I recently had a baby and asked if we can get a 2 bedroom when our lease ends in a month, so we have enough space for our new addition to the family. The so called general manager took our new applications we had to do all over and check stubs and says he will have to run it then get back with us the next day. No word for weeks, so my husband goes in to ask if we can or not because we need to know or we will have to move. He says he spent remember him and he is not moving us and so on! This is not how you treat good tenants I'm sorry, but I refuse to rent renew my lease if that is how you treat your good tendants! It's very upsetting to be treated the way we were! Tried to ask the front desk for the person in charge and she said that she couldn't help me and their is nobody to talk to, so I guess it's ok we got treated the way we did...
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
