I just hate they didn't have any apartments available as soon as I get some nice place

I lived here for years and I never had a problem. For nine years, it was safe and the location was great. Of course, most of these Apartments are old and was built a long time ago. Fixing something was usually very fast and above all, it was someworth sad to move out. The Staffs and employees are good people. I never had a bad experience with them.

Moved in March 2020 left to go live with family during the pandemic and returned in August 2020 until end of April 2021 a few days a week. For the price the place is ok if this just your crashpad because you have to work in Huntsville. I would not live here as primary housing or full time housing. It is a bit depressing. The carpet was very worn and dirty when I moved in. Also, dry rotted baseboards, cabinets, and floors. Make sure you take move in pictures because they will try to charge you for those existing issues. There is just an old worn out vibe to the place. Huge issue with pests that they could never resolve including very large waterbugs. I would leave for a few days and would come back to dozens of dead bugs all over my floor. It was a bit jarring having to clean them up. In addition, there were a family squirrels who lived in the walls and in the ceiling. It was a bit scary sometimes hearing those noises especially if you are a woman who is alone. I was always scared one would find there way in. Just think twice about it and weigh all your options if you have to live here. Otherwise it is pretty safe and conveniently located.

Terrible place to live! Roach invested and staff and rude. Takes months to fix something.
