The staff are very friendly and helpful. I relocated to Huntsville to continue my career with my employer and the transition from being a homeowner to apartment dwelling has been a very satisfying experience. Our little neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. With all the extras that this community offers, the pricing is very reasonable. I love my apartment!
18 Watercress is a beautiful community to live in! I really love my apartment, which consist of two nice size bedrooms, 2 bathroom a beautiful open kitchen surrounded by the living room and dining room. A nice size porch, where I can plant my potted plant. A beautiful clubhouse ,with a coffee shop, media and game room, a swimming area with access to grills and seating. And a gym!! I love the area. Want to down size, visit 18 Watercress Green. You'll be so glad you did!!!!
Overall, the apartment is excellent. I have only a couple of small issues that I wish the staff would do better. Stairwell / Breezeway lighting for the apartments needs to be better timed with the seasonal changes in sunrise and sunset. This recommendation is for safety and in aiding the occupant in unlocking / locking the door during hours of reduced visibility. Same goes for mailbox area. Second issue is the enforcement of rules to keep stairwells and breezeways clean.
Really nice/useful office and maintenance staff. Price could be better.
