I am extremely displeased to say the least, with the service I have received from the Leasing Office here at the Falls of Hoover.

I informed the leasing office over two months ago that I will be terminating my lease two months ahead of the actual time my lease was supposed to end, which would be September. It has been a month now that my roommate and her new roommate submitted her application as well as the necessary documents. Repeatedly, I have had to call the office and have been told several different reasons from several different employees as to why the process has become so lengthy.

I have called the office several times today and was forwarded to the voicemail only to have to put my hectic schedule aside and visit the leasing office to inquire about why we had not been told what we were promised. The ladies at the office proceeded to tell us that they mistakenly did not see nor submit the new roommate's income verification. The manner in which the employee spoke and behaved with me was not only impolite, but also unacceptable.

I was told that my current roommate and I would both have to be present once the new roommate was approved to sign the Roommate Release Form. My roommate and I even changed around our work schedules so we can sign the form and now we are being told that simply nothing is ready. I have already committed to a new apartment such as I told the leasing office two months ago and will be moving even if it means without signing the Roommate Release Form. After all the inconvenience we have encountered from the leasing office, we have yet to receive a genuine apology.

It is with extreme regret I say that after the indecorous treatment I have received from the leasing office here at The Falls of Hoover, I would never recommend anyone to reside here. As tenants we deserve the utmost respect and lamentably that is not what we received.

Mosquitos and bugs all over the community. Apartments are not worth for our money we paid. Nearby communities are good and less rent with better facilities. Think well before you sign lease.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! They do not care about their tenants. The Woods area is unsafe. Has very poor lighting for the pathways and the gates are open all day which means anyone can come in and out of the "gated" community, including any nutcase! They do not care about your overflowing toilets, your poor working air conditioning units, or anything else. Their office staff is very nonchalant and unpleasant. Don't let the specials or anything else they say fool you. Run like the wind from this place!

Love the community. Management and Maintenance staff are very nice and approachable. Didn't have any issue during our whole stay. It's just sad that we have to move
