Overall it's a nice apartment. I live in the renovated two bedroom with a roommate and we have enough space. Rooms are a little small but they make up for it with a nice living area.

I gave this rating because despite a lot of frustration with the environment it is not necessarily the office staff's fault. For the first month or so I dealt with unsanitary, negligent and annoying behavior from multiple neighbors. Once I was able to properly document what was occurring the office staff was able to put a stop to all of that and now I can enjoy my apartment peacefully. Summer specifically has been an amazing help in resolving these issues.

Continue to get emails about outstanding balance expenses that I was never informed of. I had an outstanding balance when transferring apartments after living in the current unit for a year. I got an abundant amount of emails and phone calls. Once I called to ask about the balance and where it was coming from it took the office two days to figure out the issue and I asked why was I now being informed and they kept blaming it on an old system.

Let's make sure we've gotten everything cleared up so you're not bombarded with balance emails anymore! I went into a sublease agreement for the remainder of my lease, I lost my security deposit. Even those the person moved out at the end of the contract and I got confirmation that the apartment was in excellent order. My security deposit was send to Peachtree Georgia, numerous attempts to get someone to help me and no response.

As part of the sub-lease/take over process and paperwork that we have all parties sign clearly states that the security deposit stays on the apartment and transfers to the person who takes over the lease from you.
