Sometimes the staff acts like they don't care about your issues or concerns.
I give it an Good because the living area is nice compared to the but Riverchase Landing have so many fees when you move out that you end up paying after you moved out and leave you with a balance with them. They make up charges for carpet cleaning , cleaning the apartment that is normal wear and tear etc. Theye make you have to take them to court on instead of working with you. They are nice in the beginning but will add fees up on you.
Water bill is too high, from $4 to $175. Smells everywhere , very poor air quality most of the time as you walk outside. Utilities bill is too high, from $45 to $166.
I've lived here for a few years & I've grown more disappointed in the management & property upkeep. Very poor communication on behalf of the staff with keeping the residents informed of changes within the property. Residents are very disappointed & dissatisfied with this complex. The recent painting was very very poorly done. Looks like kindergarteners did the work. The LAST MINUTE communication via TEXT...very unprofessional! If it were not for the space of the apts, people would live elsewhere
Pros: Not too high rent.Nice considerate staff, Good neightborhood. Cons: Unclean parking area outside 400 building..Adjacent buildings are much well maintained with nice landscape. Our building's back entrance is even worse and totally neglected. Bad Landscape..Roaches and other small pests can be seen in breezeway. When one stands outside in parking lot and looks at both buildings, it appears as if the management has decided to neglect this specific building.Other than this, no complaints.
