I would like to empower prospecting tenants of what they will experience and what to watch out for when renting an apartment at Ridge Crossing Apartments. If you turn in your lease termination agreement, make sure they sign it. They will claim that they are not the person with the authority to sign it and when you leave, even if you make a copy of it, they will just throw it away and deny that they ever received it. When you first get your apartment if anything is broken take pictures of it and document everything, email them for traceability. Cover all your bases because in the business world its all about money its not all about ethics or morals. Just act like they dont have any good characteristics, because its not a law to be ethical or have a good morale or not its just against the law to break the law. If you turn in a maintenance request because the insides of the toilet have deteriorated over time which they do, document it in email, traceability guys . In fact lets all be good consumers and really stick together and make it impossible to screw us over, because in the business world were not being business smart. Youre going to pay for trash service, but youre going to be told to keep the trashcan inside its their rules I just want you guys to know upfront that youre paying for something that has little or no value whatsoever. Talk about garbage service LOL. Also the car wash is broken and is no longer a commodity, If that is something you were looking forward to. People walk in the road all the time without the care of the traffic, even though there are trails that cars cant even drive on.
I would mark my experience as great if I only dealt with Douglas. He has been wonderful;however, I cant say that for the others in the leasing office that Ive have dealt with.
Don't waste your money. Nothing works right. Management and maintenance act like you don't exist. Worst mistake I ever made.
The office staff provides exceptional customer service. I am always greeted promptly with a smile when I walk into the office. Maintenance responds to request very quickly and diligently. Amenities are great and clean! Love the property, it is beautiful!
