Apartments need improvements... bathtub needs to be thrown out and replaced, the bathroom needs to be bigger for the washer and dryer to fit properly, bad roach problem, were paying for pest control but he only comes out when you request them... you get harassed about paying rent if youre five days late!!! Awful experience!
I've been here over a year and love it!
Sometimes it take forever to get things repaired especially small things that take couple of minutes to do maintenance is slow at the job need more help
The interior walls and door framing could use some major work and the space in the bathroom for the washer and dryer is very small.
This community has great tendency, need a makeover in areas that matter.
