This place is horrible. The management claims to want whats best for us but they dont. Your first month here is fine if your apartment is ready and doesnt have any issues that cause you not to be able to use your bathroom for 2 days or you can find a parking space for your U-Haul. Once you get your first bill youll realize you get charged out the rear for sewage and water. Apparently everyones usage is added up and is evenly distributed so that every apartment pays part of the total amount. Sounds great until youre paying over $100 in just sewage. So the neighbor with kids that flush all day and constantly wash clothes are causing your bill to go up and you have to pay. Basically your quoted price to live here needs to be $200-$300 more because of extra fees. If you dont believe me just ask around. Be prepared for your tub to backnup with water and the paint to flake off. In some places youll be overrun by roaches that live in the walls because of your neighbors disgusting ha its and lack of pest control. There are no parking places on the weekends so be prepared to park your car off the complex or on a different level and walk home. They gyms equipment is in need of repair. If youre in the treadmill you best hold on or youll be thrown on your butt because of it jerking you around. Management loves to seem honest and open when youre working on getting in here. They need money. Soon after your signing the contract youre done. Calls go unanswered or directed to people off the site and have no idea who you are or what your issue is. Emails never get answered. Literally never. Just advice from people who actually care- run! Dont stay here. Go ahead and spend the extra $100 a month and stay somewhere worth while. This isnt he place.

We work to remain transparent with any fees, and we are sorry if this was not your experience. Our sewage fee is charged based on the square footage of the resident's apartment. We take the issue of pests seriously, and we ask our residents to come into the office to let us know of any sightings. We are sorry to see that you have so many concerns, and we hope to speak with you soon.


Amber has been wonderful working with, always on top of taking care of the problems around the property and John the maintenance supervisor goes above and beyond with making sure things are ready to move in. I couldnt recommend a better property to look at.

Highly respect this place. I got a follow up about an hour after my visit. Marissa called just to ask me if I had thought of any other preferences for my apartment and I actually had a couple. She reminded me that the quote was saved for 48 hours and sent me more pictures. I highly recommend going by and checking this place out!

If you like ROACHES every other day then this is the place for you. I never have guest over for this reason and there pest control never does a good FIRST APARTMENT I EVER HAD A BUG PROBLEM WITH!!! I will never rec this place to anyone. the breezyways are filthy and uninviting and they NEVER NEVER answer the phone during business hrs lease is up soon cant wait to get out of here. I choose this place without going to the lot and JUST looking at pictures. ALWAYS GO TO THE LOT TO SEE SURROUNDING. on other thing they have been doing construction on an apartment with some blue paper hanging from the building for months and still have not fixed it with construction just laying around.
