What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Hoover

Nice houses, well maintained yards, well lit. Near nice schools, churches, shopping. Also near major interstate, police and fire, and hospitals.

It is a quiet neighborhood, and we all know and care about each other. Homes are all similar sizes. There are sidewalks in an ado neighborhood that we can walk on.

The neighborhood is well lit, and near restaurants and shopping. It is also near quality schools and churches.

It has a nice park and corresponding neighborhoods that are amazing to look at while taking a nice stroll. The people are warm and kind as well.

I like that houses in my neighborhood are older and have a more distinct look. I like being convenient to shopping and restaurants and like to go there with friends and family

I like the location of my home. When I was making a decision about which house to buy, the streetlights and sidewalks convinced me that it was family friendly.
