I have been living here for 2 years. I think the leasing office and the staff are great and try to do improvements in the complex every year. Most of the apartments have been renovated during this year. Neighbours usually don''t stay long because they are students t. I''d like to suggest new commonalities like playground to play children and a couple of grill areas to invite friends. The fitness centre is poor.

Increased rent by $100 a month. Outrageously over priced with many units still needing updating. My maintenance requests took 90+ days. Front office even admitted to decreased occupency rates, as evidenced by the deserpate move in promotions they run to try and get people to move in. So many better options near by.

WildForest is located very conveniently to many locations. Everything you need is within a 10 minute drive. Bathrooms are poorly designed and need restoration. Poor insulation in doors and window.s

Desirable location for my interests and needs; excellent service of the maintenance team. Only complaints: high rent and very high rate increases since initial lease; lack of adequate parking at night.
