Convenient location and plenty of restaurants/stores close. Kept up grounds and cleaned pretty decently. New appliances and fixtures.

Everything is great. Location, apartment and staff. I will say our apartment windows are poorly insulated. That is one thing I would like to see an improvement on

Thank you for your review. The owner has distant plans to replace all of the windows. We have been focusing on getting the amenities up and running for the summer, but the windows are a project that we definitely want to address.

There are the occasional bug or two and the walls are very thin. I have to be careful not to offend my neighbors. I know they can hear me because I can hear them.

Maintenance guy is responsive and hard working, but contractors leave messes and promised amenities (pool, gym) are constantly delayed.

My building is currently being renovated and oftentimes the construction crew does not clean up the area very well. The cement is stained from construction and really needs to be cleaned. Also, they have not done landscaping for my building, which makes it look unfinished compared to the rest of the complex.

I was told the office and workout room would be complete by last October and it's still not finished.

Thank You for taking the time to post a review. It has taken a bit longer for construction to be completed on our property, due to weather and City permits; however, we debuted our brand new Clubhouse this week! Our pool furniture has been set out, and the pool will be open in the month of May. The fitness and business centers will also be opened at the end of May as well!!!
