We love every aspect of Mayfair! From the spacious floor plan to the appliances to the amenities and the proximity to everything. The management is wonderful too!

OUR office staff is UNBEATABLE!! OUR maint team is excellent! Everyone is very caring and does their best to accommodate if/when possible.

The location is great and the price is cheap. Thats the only thing keeping this from being a 0 Star review. Management is rude and work orders take forever if ever completed. We currently have a leaking ceiling that hasnt been fixed in 6 days and had black mold on the walls that they just painted over. I have called every day for the last week and still have not gotten the issue resolved. If you need extra money to afford to live somewhere else Venmo request me I wouldnt want my worst enemy to live here.
