I really do love being apart of this community! I have been here almost 2 years. Anytime there is an issue, especially if it affects the entire community, the staff does their best to make sure we are well informed! I always see improvements to the property and the grounds are well kept. Come join our family! You'll be glad you did!

Stoney Brook is a Great place to live. The staff is so helpful and available when needed. Very to my place of employment and the Downtown night life.

If the offer you an apartment in the older section, run! The are patched up. Ive had leaking since Ibe gotten here that goes from 3rd floor unit to the 1st. Im in the middle. They patched it up, but there is so much mold going throughout every inch of this apartment. I didnt resign my lease and Im on a monthly agreement. Every month they come up with new charges. They dont let you see a record of charges once theyve paid. So if I dont check before my automatic draft, then I have no idea what theyve charged me for. Then theyll make up things and make up reasons why they had to charge you a fee. Horrible business practices!

I love living here I’m brand new to the Birmingham area my experience this far is absolutely amazing! From the office staff to maintenance everyone I came in contact with has gone the extra mile to make me feel at home! I definitely made the right choice when I chose to call Stoney Brook Home!

I found them to be probably the best apartment experience anyone could have. The apartment was nice and comfortable. Walls were thick. The staff was very reasonable. The price is high, but you definitely get what you pay for. I was there for 18 months. Honestly, when I left it was only because we got a mortgage home. If I ever had to rent again I’d go to stoneybrook. One thing I liked especially was how reasonable they were when I left. We only had a $200 security deposit and we kept a demon spawn cat. At the end of 18 months we expected a huge bill for damages but the bill was only $50 which we gladly paid given how much damage was done. They sent us a very detailed bill as well. All in all, I felt like they didn’t take advantage of us in any way like how you hear all the time with apartments or landlords.
