The nicest around, great neighbors, very quite, they keep the units looking good all year long. Never had a service call. lived here 4 years with no plans to move. like all my neighbors. Very low utility bills.

I cant wait to move in here! They are beautiful and clean and safe. The manager is absolutely awesome!!!

This is most certainly a wonderful place to call home! The manager and his wife are two of the most wonderful people you will ever meet and the apartments are some of the best in the county. Been here for 11 years now, and I wouldn't change a thing.

The apartments look nice and inviting. However the owner is not at all concerned about the tenants. He is interested in your money. Period. You are charged $5 for any day you are late. I had an eviction letter posted on my door on the second day the rent was due. (I was a day late). The owner uses the cheapest materials to fix any problem eg plumbing issues and they do not respond promptly to address any issues.

This is a great place to live! The Property Manager and his wife are amazing! They are on top of things here!

Our very spacious townhomes have two outside storage closets and lots of storage inside. The kitchen includes all major appliances including, inset range, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and an above range microwave. We offer laminate and slate tile flooring in some homes. Upstairs offers a private balcony off of the master bedroom! Most of the homes include a tankless hot water heater! Never run out of hot water again! Maple Haven Townhomes is in a quite neighborhood where it is safe to let your children out to play beneath our beautiful maple trees.
