What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Cottondale

I like going to the park with my friends to hangout. I like that most grocery stores are a driveable distance away.

The neighborhood has great bars and restaurants and the park is pretty well maintained. Close to the water and good views if you have a nice rooftop.

Easy access to everything from grocery to shopping movies theater and restaurants for sit down or Togo meals

There are schools nearby and hardly any traffic. Groceries stores are located nearby which allows quick time to get to them and be able to do more stuff.

Nearby variety of restaurants.. Nearby schools at a walking distance Nearby stores variety , and public transportation .
