What Renters Like and Dislike About Chattahoochee Valley Community College

The school system is top notch. I have great neighbors. The downtown area is a short walk from home.

Being a small community on the water has a nice benefit. We love being able to pull our boat to a dock downtown to go have drinks at one of the local places, pick up some friends and go spend the day relaxing on the wayer.

I like that my neighborhood is safe to live in. I like that it is affordable. I like that there is plenty of shopping close by.

Families in the neighborhood are friendly, and maintain their yards. The area is quiet regarding traffic. We have easy access to stores, restaurants, freeways, and activity centers. Before the expansion of new, but unfinished developments, we had abundant wildlife to enjoy.

Close to stores churches restaurant lots of variety It is close to highways. Close to everything but also quiet

Not much unique. A well maintained aub if about 24 years old. Also neighbors are very quiet. I also love watching the bats at night.
