We are currently on a waitlist. 203 Shiloh Creek Drive is the on-site office address for the community. We offer 3 bedroom 2 bath detached homes with hard wood flooring in the main kitchen and living area, tile in bathrooms, and carpet in the bedrooms. The homes have a front and back patio with outside storage closets. Each home has its own private drive way. Appliances include oven/range, built in microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, clothes washer and dryer. The community has a central mail station, a playground, and a picnic area with grills. On-site management and maintenance are available Monday - Friday. Landscaping and Pest Control are paid and provided by management.

Lease Terms

12-Month

Minimum Qualifying Income must equal 2.5 times the monthly rent. Currently this equals $2,100 per month. We are tax-credit, and have income restrictions as well.

Been trying to get in touch with them for a couple months. No call back or email and never anyone at the office. Might need to see about new management and staff

Ive been calling for MONTHS, Ive scheduled three times online requesting a tour & ive drive out to the office in two separate occasions. No one ever returns my calls, messages. And theres not been anyone at the office when Ive went down there. Not one scheduled tour has been met. Im very disappointed. They need to look into new management asap.

Hard to get in contact with anyone via phone. No availability and a year long wait list, once I finally got someone on the phone.

I've reached out to the office inquiring about renting and no one ever answers nor return my call. It speaks a lot about management.
