The staff is friendly, things are fixed in a timely manner and they have great Christmas parties.
It is a beautiful place, clean an confortable. Very close to my job.
They wont fix any of your things and will treat you less than a person. Dont make the mistake of moving here.
I lived here for 4 years, and I would describe my time here as mediocre. The apartments are priced well for the area/loaction, but you get what you pay for. During December of 2017, we had about 5 inches of snow and our central heat ended up going out. With outside temperatures well below freezing (and inside temperatures in the mid 50's), it took over a week before we got our heat back working. In the spring of 2018, management decided to implement wi-fi through the complex. When our apartment was serviced, the wiring was poorly done and it caused us to go without power for almost two weeks in our living room until it was finally fixed. Neither time did management offer to reimburse us for what I consider sub-standard living. The maintenance staff is friendly, but frankly over worked. In four years here, I never had a maintenance request completed in under a week. Apartment's are very poorly insulated, so noise travel's through walls pretty easily and power bills are higher than necessary. Mostly nice staff, but management could absolutely improve its treatment of residents beyond surface level friendliness. It is also worth mentioning that my rent increased every single year that I lived there. In my opinion there are worse apartment's in the area, but I would strongly encourage any friends of mine to look elsewhere if they can.
Deceitful staff who lies to either get you to pay more money or just take your money regardless. They told me they had studio apartments available, and after submitting my application called me back and said that there were not actually any available, apologized several times about the mix up, and then asked if Id like to upgrade to a one bedroom. After explaining that I cant afford that, she said she would call me back as soon as possible if a studio becomes available. They then cashed my application fee and security deposit anyways, and when I called back to ask why they took my money for something that wasnt actually available, they said they had put me on a waiting list and therefor I still had to pay. Which, they did not mention at all before hand. Do NOT work with Theresa. She misinformed me about the availability in order to try and get me to pay for a more expensive apartment, and then when that didnt work, they figured a way to take my money anyways.
