work orders completed on a timely basis
Management and Staff are always willing to help if any issues arise. They are all very friendly.
Outside looking in, the property is nice. However, the parking is terrible, the staff come off extremely nice in the beginning, but the moment you have a problem the staff, especially, management unveil and they're not pleasant at all. Sure they lure you in with a Rooms to Go Gift Card or so many months free rent.... watch out! I highly recommend looking at other properties before choosing Abbey at Inverness.
Just moved in great people and customer service! Quick fast friendly move and it was all done over the phone because I'm in New York working. Thx McKenzie
I would not recommend living at the Abbey at Inverness. Since I moved in at the end of February I have had over 15 work orders. And new issues keep popping up, no one seems to care about it either. The ceilings are constantly leaking, the "renovations" are cheap, the appliances are faulty, and the manger at this site is unprofessional. Not once was I offered a new unit, so I'm breaking my lease over a year early. They are going to try to persuade you to move in with a $3000 rooms to go gift card but the apartments suck! Several units have caught on fire but the residents are still unaware of the reason for the fire. DO NOT live here if you want to be somewhere comfortable.
I will be reposting if this gets deleted. I have nothing but time.
