The layout and community ammenities are perfect and everyone on the staff is friendly and helpful. This is also an amazing pet friendly facility and has a perfect dog park.
Park 35 at Clairmont offers the best of the best in Birmingham. If you are looking for upscale living on the Southside, you have found it. From its ultra modern club room to its fabulous apartment layout designs, you will not be disappointed. I have been living in the building for a little under a month and could not have made better choice. Talk about being spoiled....I love it!
Park 35 is a new type of apartment living experience in Birmingham with amenities to make my life with small kids exciting fun like the pet spa the coffee I love taking a break while kudos are at school grabbing a coffe and a seat in the community club room it's gorgeous decor the excellent visual screens The whole place has a welcoming but very special vibe. Park 35 feels special to me Everything the management of park 35 seems like it's intended to make your daily life a bit more special.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
