Well-located at a reasonable price. When it comes to location, there's not much more to want. Madison Place gives you easy access to I-65, I-459, and Highway 280, so you can be anywhere you need to be in Birmingham in a matter of minutes. We are close to dining, shopping, entertainment, and the needs of everyday life. Not to mention, we're just minutes from The Summit, The Riverchase Galleria, and downtown is only a short drive away.
This place is a JOKE! Management have changed SOOO many times. They NEVER answer when you call the office. They are only concern about taking you on a tour of the property and making sure you pay them monthly. The workers are nice until something happens then they are ducking and diving avoiding you; or they say theyre working on it and months later its the same. Landscaping is horrible! Trash is ALWAYS OVERFLOWING I hate looking out my balcony and the first thing you see is trash and a big dumpster. I drive by a tree that fell back in MAY 2018... its August 2018 and guess what the tree is still down!! The paint is chipping in the apartments, it cracks all throughout. They make you pay for trash valet and they never pick up the trash every night theyre suppose to. Lets not start on the electricity. DO NOT RUN YOUR AC 24/7 unless you want a $200 electric bill! This is the WORSE APARTMENT I HAVE EVER LIVED IN!!!
The changes being made to the property are great! I am super excited about the cable and internet package but hope it comes sooner than later!
The staff made our tour super easy, and they are down to earth! As soon as we get the approval from our jobs to transfer, we will be applying at Madison!
enjoyed living there
I have lived in the apartment complex for three years. The management has changed hands SEVERAL times. Each time getting worse. Office staff constantly changing. With the new management, office hours are completely limited. Only open during the times most people are at work. Closed on weekends. With the increasing rent, water bill issues, and rude management, I am happily moving out as soon as my lease is up. Would not recommend this complex to good people. I managed apartment complexes in the past and this place has the potential to be a great place to live, but will definitely require NEW management.
